The client may cancel without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival at the hotel (RATES WITHOUT DISCOUNTS).
In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to your arrival date at the hotel, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay. If your reservation is only for one night, 100% of your reservation will be charged.
For the periods: Easter, Christmas, and New Year the discounted rates are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The client can also modify his reservation WITHOUT PENALTY only if he contacts us by phone or email AT LEAST 20 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED IN THE RESERVATION so that we can have time to make the relevant changes.
